JC is lead consultant for efficiency.ca an internationally respected management consulting firm with over 30 consultants world wide. They solve complex challenges across a variety of industries and sectors. He specializes in governance, strategic management, entrepreneurship, technology, aboriginal relations, energy, mining industry and blockchain technology.

Passionate about education and entrepreneurship, JC studied mining engineering at Laurentian University and possesses a B.sc in Physics Math and a second B.sc in Computer Science. After 15 years running the consulting firm JC took a break and enrolled at Harvard, where he completed a master’s degree in Management. In 2015 he won first place in one of Harvard’s most competitive challenges, the real estate investment challenge with over 120 participants. Currently he is pursuing a Ph.D in international economics in Russia.

A humanitarian to the core at 21, he helped to raise over $3M to rebuild a village in his native country of El Salvador. Since then, he spends a month each year, volunteering and helping to improve the lives of others in Canada and around the world.

In his early 20’s he was recognized as one of the top 20 most influential Hispanics in Canada, in his 30’s he officially retired from day to day operations and embraced a retired lifestyle. While continuing to invest in emerging technologies and markets. He is deeply invested in crypto coins and the encompassing technologies.
